    RUF 71 Provisional Fight Card: Fourteen Bouts Set for Dia de Los Muertos

    Six pro fights and eight amateur fights are matched for November 7, headlined by a 140-pound catchweight between two finishers who have never been finished.

    PHOENIX, AZ, October 23, 2026. RUF Nation MMA has updated the provisional fight card for RUF 71: Dia de Los Muertos, Saturday, November 7, 2026 at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix. Six professional bouts and eight amateur bouts are matched, with more to be added as they clear the Arizona Boxing and MMA Commission.

    The professional main event is a 140-pound catchweight between Amari Sengsavanh (9-1) and Victor "Ragnar" Salazar Cisneros (7-4). Sengsavanh headlined RUF 70 in August and was out of there in 94 seconds, stopping Kurtis Ellis by first-round TKO. He comes back to the same catchweight and the same slot.

    Salazar Cisneros brings a different problem. The Mexican bantamweight has six finishes and every one of them landed in the first round: three armbars, a kimura and two TKOs, none past two and a half minutes. Sengsavanh's wins run the other direction: five knockouts or TKOs in nine wins, four of those inside a round.

    Neither man has ever been finished as a professional. Every loss on both records is a decision. Something gives on November 7.

    Co-Main Event: Fimbres vs. Ollison

    The co-main event is a pro middleweight bout between Glendale's Eric Fimbres (3-2) and Trevor Ollison (5-6) of Malvern, Arkansas. Fimbres is a RUF amateur alum who has fought his entire professional career in LFA, and at six foot six he towers over the division. Ollison moves up from welterweight, and all eleven of his pro fights have ended inside the distance, all five of his wins by first-round submission.

    Preissing Returns Undefeated

    Alex "The Most Educated" Preissing (4-0) carries the cleanest line on the card. Four professional fights, four wins, every one of them a first-round finish, and all four under the RUF banner. Three submissions and a TKO. He meets Chas Dunhour (1-1) of Hawaii Elite MMA, who owns a knockout win on a Bellator card.

    The man Preissing stopped in July is back too. Jean Tejena (5-9) of Machala, Ecuador faces Phoenix's Jared Braun (4-2) in the other flyweight bout. Braun trains at the MMA Lab and has never been stopped, with five of his six pro fights going to the judges.

    Familiar Faces on the Pro Card

    Kameeko Hall returns to Phoenix for a pro bantamweight bout against Jonathan "Honeybadger" Davison of Red Hawk Academy. Armando Murillo and Anthony Camacho meet at a 180-pound catchweight.

    The Amateur Card

    The amateur card leads with a belt. Marcos Encinas and Isidro Benavidez III meet for the amateur flyweight title. Jace Jones is back in the building after challenging for the 155-pound amateur title at RUF 68, this time across from Seth "The Man" Stucker. Marcos Gamez returns off a decision win at RUF 69 to face Sonny Perez. Jordan "Sunbear" Barreras meets Antron Petty, Leo Sanchez draws Ibrahim Sadi, Tyran Payne meets Alistar Medina, Zach Carter faces David Emmanuel, and Rashad Hannon takes on Michael Flanagan.
