Thirty-One Seconds vs. Six Feet of Reach: Rashad Hannon Meets Michael Flanagan at RUF 71
Two strikers off the Phoenix kickboxing circuit. One finishes fast. The other has never been stopped.
PHOENIX, AZ, October 14, 2026. Rashad Hannon made his MMA debut at RUF 68 in May and was done in 31 seconds. He returns at RUF 71: Dia de Los Muertos on Saturday, November 7 against Peoria's Michael Flanagan, a 6'0" Muay Thai fighter making the move to MMA.
Hannon
Hannon (1-0) came up on the Apex Fight League kickboxing and Muay Thai cards in Phoenix before he stepped into the cage. In his MMA debut he stopped Dylan Pacheco with punches at 0:31 of the first round. He stands 5'7" and is unbeaten in MMA.
Flanagan
Flanagan went 4-1 as an amateur striker on the same Phoenix circuit, every one of those fights going the full distance. He has never been stopped. At 6'0" he is unusually tall for 135.

Where the Fight Is Won
This is a range fight. Hannon wants to close the gap and end it early, the way he did at RUF 68. Flanagan wants to keep him at the end of a long jab and drag him into rounds two and three, where he has always lived.
