Something Has to Give: Amari Sengsavanh vs. Victor "Ragnar" Salazar Cisneros Headlines RUF 71
Two first-round finishers. Neither has ever been stopped. One of those streaks ends on Dia de Los Muertos.

PHOENIX, AZ, October 14, 2026. Amari Sengsavanh is back in the main event slot ten weeks after he took it. The MMA Lab bantamweight headlined RUF 70 in August and needed 94 seconds to stop Kurtis Ellis. On November 7 he headlines RUF 71: Dia de Los Muertos at the Celebrity Theatre against Victor "Ragnar" Salazar Cisneros at a 140-pound catchweight.
The Insurance Salesman
Sengsavanh (9-1) came up in Great Falls, Montana, went 4-0 as an amateur with four first-round finishes, then kept finishing as a pro. Five of his nine wins are knockouts or TKOs. Four of those came inside a round, the fastest in 30 seconds. He has knocked out an opponent in LFA and won twice under the RUF banner. His only loss came at LFA 228 in March, a decision against Carlos Tardio, who missed weight for the fight. He answered it at RUF 70.
Ragnar
Salazar Cisneros (7-4) is a taekwondo black belt who turned pro in 2018 and opened 5-0, every win in the first round. Six of his seven wins are finishes. All six came in round one, none past two and a half minutes: three armbars, a kimura and two TKOs. He has headlined two Combate Global cards broadcast on Univision and TUDN. All four of his losses went to the judges. He arrives on a two-fight skid, which makes him dangerous.

Where the Fight Is Won
The first two minutes belong to whoever lands first. Sengsavanh walks forward and hunts the early stoppage. Salazar Cisneros wants a scramble, an arm, a reason to finish fast. If Sengsavanh stays off his back early, the later rounds lean his way: four of Salazar Cisneros's last five fights went the full fifteen.
Two men who have never been finished. One of them gets finished, or both go the distance. Either way, it closes the night.
