Spectation Sports MMA - Required Reading for All Fighters

MISCONDUCT

Any fighter or person connected with a Spectation Sports-affiliated MMA event who shall:

• Promise to lose, agree to lose, or to attempt to lose
• Intentionally fail to give his best efforts towards winning
• Intentionally compete in a way that materially affects the match outcome
• Offer, give or receive a gift or reward from another fighter in order to intentionally lose or materially affect the outcome of a fight

For participation in any future Spectation Sports MMA event, forfeit any appearance fees and/or purses and shall be reported to the State Athletic Commission for further sanction.

GAMBLING

Any fighter, corner and/or person associated with a Spectation Sports event who shall bet any sum (legally or illegally) whatsoever upon any fight in which the bettor has a duty to perform shall be declared permanently ineligible from participation in any future Spectation Sports events, forfeit any fees and reported to the State Athletic Commission for further sanction.
